About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on electrical engineer to support our Site Operations team. This field-based role involves site visits across India, working directly with client teams to ensure smooth installation, monitoring, and data collection for real-time electrical infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and oversee electrical installation activities on-site (may include performing installations when required).

Coordinate with client departments to secure necessary permissions for project commissioning.

Conduct site surveys, data capture, and provide timely project updates.

Handle instruments and client equipment with care.

Maintain professionalism and represent Innvendt’s reputation positively.

Work in varying field conditions, including muddy or sun-exposed environments.

Collaborate with Site Activation Teams to ensure seamless deployment.

Maintain and document relevant field data.

Manage logistics and support special cross-functional projects.
Preferred Tools & Skills

Google Workspace & Microsoft Office applications

Familiarity with electrical diagrams and schematics

Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills

Willingness to learn and take initiative in challenging environments

Eligibility & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in a process/manufacturing industry

Travel Requirement: Willing to travel up to 75% of the time
