HR Administration Occupations is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for various positions across multiple sectors. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring that we attract the best-fit candidates for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the organization.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and align with organizational needs.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide performance reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR or recruitment. Experience in hiring for multiple positions across industries is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively assess candidates’ qualifications and skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed for recruitment.
- Prior exposure to recruiting for various industries and positions.
Working Hours
- Full-time position.
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Flexible work options may be available after the initial onboarding period.
