Full job description
We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented AI Training Analysts to help train and improve AI models. As an entry-level role, this position is ideal for freshers interested in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You will work closely with AI teams, reviewing and refining model responses to enhance AI accuracy and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze AI-generated responses and provide feedback for improvements.
- Assist in training machine learning models by curating and structuring datasets.
- Identify inconsistencies in AI outputs and recommend refinements.
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to improve AI performance.
- Conduct testing and validation of AI models for accuracy and relevance.
- Stay updated on AI trends and contribute to process optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (final-year students can also apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and natural language processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with Python and basic data handling is a plus.
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
