Role Overview:

As a Forecasting and Business Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and executing world-class forecasting and planning models, contributing to the Global Capacity & Contact Management’s innovative transformation.

You will leverage decision science, data analysis, and advanced modeling techniques to deliver accurate outcomes while ensuring service level excellence across the Global Services Group (GSG). This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and MIS partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting & Modeling:

    • Develop, integrate, and maintain accurate long-term volume forecasting models.

    • Ensure accurate and timely forecasts that drive business decisions and service level outcomes.

  • Workforce Planning:

    • Partner with Global Planning Teams to create, communicate, and coordinate workforce plans.

    • Ensure these plans align with service level targets and shareholder objectives.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.

    • Regularly communicate and provide feedback on plan execution.

  • Strategic Insights:

    • Analyze business data to deliver strategic insights and evaluate short- and long-term opportunities.

    • Collaborate with functional teams to assess business growth initiatives and risk concerns.

  • Analytical Innovation:

    • Apply quantitative techniques to solve business problems.

    • Support transformational change and analytical advancements across the organization.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Validate key data inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, and Python.

    • Ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking to drive business solutions.

    • Demonstrated experience in delivering results in a global and matrixed environment.

  • Flexibility:

    • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with forecasting, MIS reporting, and automation techniques.

  • Demonstrated success in data analysis and model building.
