Job Description:
As an Analyst – Reporting, Data Services, you will be responsible for providing solutions to clients by utilizing a variety of data processing tools and advanced dashboard software. You will support clients with primary and secondary data deliverables, with a focus on reporting.
Responsibilities:

Client Interaction and Query Management:
Thoroughly review client materials and prepare queries in a timely manner. -
Dashboard Creation:
Apply internal procedures and methodologies to create client-facing dashboards. -
Results Analysis and Communication:
Detect illogical results and communicate them professionally, focusing on solutions. -
Deliverables:
Deliver assigned tasks (dashboards, custom data, and advanced analytics) in a timely and high-quality manner to ensure high client satisfaction. -
Reporting and Communication:
Regularly report and exchange information with your manager to ensure consistent progress. -
Continuous Learning:
Commit to learning the latest technologies and tools in the data collection and analysis field.
Essential Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA). -
Attention to Detail:
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to the accuracy and integrity of information. -
Multitasking:
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. -
Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively. -
Database Knowledge:
Good understanding of databases. -
Basic Statistical Knowledge:
