Role Overview: Analyst – Panelist Support

As an Analyst – Panelist Support, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining Cint’s diverse panel of survey participants, ensuring high engagement, data quality, and seamless support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance panelist experience and optimize survey operations.


Key Responsibilities:

???? Panelist Support & Engagement

  • Manage and maintain a diverse panel of survey participants to ensure high retention and engagement.

  • Provide technical support to panelists, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance panelist experience and drive engagement.

???? Data Analysis & Quality Control

  • Analyze panel data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement areas.

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

  • Generate reports on panel performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.

???? Process Optimization & CRM Management

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of panelist support processes and procedures.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize panel performance.

  • Work with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance customer interactions.


Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or panel management.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and customer support.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Soft Skills & Work Approach:

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

  • Detail-oriented, ensuring high accuracy in customer support tickets.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent support.
