About the Role:
The Analyst will be part of the Vendor Risk Continuous Monitoring Team within the broader Vendor Risk Management (VRM) function. The role focuses on the continuous monitoring of third-party vendors and affiliates, analyzing risks related to financial, compliance, reputational, cyber security, and privacy domains. This role plays a key part in supporting the organization’s overall risk strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor vendor risk posture using third-party tools and data sources.

Conduct risk assessments for third-party vendors and affiliates.

Review alerts and collaborate with vendors, business units, and SMEs to validate issues and recommend corrective actions.

Perform periodic vendor reviews to ensure risk is managed per standards.
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture accurate risk profiles and ensure quality reviews.
-
Assist with the development of mitigation plans and track remediation of identified issues.
-
Coordinate with various risk domains (Cybersecurity, Procurement, Compliance, etc.) to maintain proper risk documentation.

Lead or support VRM enhancement projects aligned with business or regulatory needs.

Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to optimize VRM operations.

Assist in balancing workload across team members and contribute to ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
-
2–5 years of experience in Vendor Risk Management, compliance, IT audit, or related roles.
-
Strong knowledge of IT and Cloud vendor risk assessment practices.

Familiarity with information security controls (ISO, NIST).
-
Understanding of risk functions such as Third-Party Risk, IT Risk, Operational Risk, Privacy, etc.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Must be available to work in the UK shift (2 PM – 11 PM IST).
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with vendor management platforms and continuous monitoring tools.

Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.

Strategic partnership and stakeholder management capabilities.
-
Risk management or information security certifications are an advantage.
-
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies.
