In today’s rapidly evolving analytical and technological landscape, the Marketing Analytics Manager plays a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and business growth for Colgate-Palmolive across Asia Pacific (APAC).
This role involves developing analytics frameworks, delivering marketing analytics programs, and translating data into actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with the Integrated Brand Experience (IBE) team to optimize media investments and enhance marketing strategies.
Partner with commercial teams to translate marketing analytics into business insights.
Drive cross-market findings from the Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) program and extract regional insights.
Collaborate with data engineers & data science teams to standardize and streamline marketing analytics processes.
Integrate MMM with performance marketing analytics for a holistic business impact view.
Enhance media strategy effectiveness by integrating insights from content & digital optimization metrics.
Develop analytics partnerships with platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.
Stay updated on industry trends, including emerging areas like Attention Analytics.
Implement test-and-learn analytics, including A/B testing for digital campaigns.
Create analytics frameworks for new business areas such as E-commerce & CRM.
Establish media simulations and hypothesis-driven test-and-learn models in APAC.
Build & maintain marketing analytics dashboards for performance tracking.

3rd Party Agencies (Analytics, Digital, and Media)
7+ years of experience in Analytics & Insights.
Proven expertise in translating Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and media effectiveness programs into actionable business insights.
Strong background in digital media analytics, with exposure to media effectiveness measurement.
Experience in advertising & content measurement is a plus.
Background in analytics/insights/media/digital agencies or an in-house analytics translator role.
Ability to bridge commercial needs with analytical solutions and guide data science teams.
Experience handling structured and unstructured data for deep analysis.
Hands-on experience with marketing analytics dashboards (preferred).
FMCG industry experience and Asia Pacific market knowledge are advantageous.
