Position: AP Computer Science Tutor
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹400 per hour
Expected Hours: 10 – 15 hours per week

About the Role
TutorC is seeking a passionate and experienced AP Computer Science tutor to provide one-on-one academic support to high school students in the United States. This remote position requires availability during early morning hours (4:00 AM to 7:00 AM IST) to accommodate US time zones.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Tutoring & Academic Support:

Deliver personalized, one-on-one tutoring for AP Computer Science students.

Assist students with key concepts such as algorithms, data structures, and Java programming.

Provide homework assistance and exam preparation to ensure academic success.
✅ Customized Lesson Planning:

Design and implement tailored lesson plans based on the AP curriculum.

Track and monitor student progress, providing detailed feedback and improvement strategies.
✅ Learning Environment & Communication:

Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.

Communicate effectively with students to address learning challenges and build confidence.
Requirements

Proven experience teaching AP Computer Science to US high school students.

Strong knowledge of computer science concepts, particularly the AP curriculum.

Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a consistent schedule.

Availability during early morning hours (4:00 AM – 7:00 AM IST).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
