Responsibilities

Weather & Bin Analysis: Collect weather data and perform bin analysis for accurate energy assessment.

Measurement & Verification: Conduct verification processes for energy-saving measures.

Anomaly Detection: Detect anomalies in utility consumption based on weather conditions and site occupancy.

Technology Research: Stay updated on the latest technologies in energy efficiency.

Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis related to energy efficiency projects.

Energy Analysis: Conduct building load and energy analysis using tools like DOE2 and Energy Plus.

HVAC Analysis: Perform HVAC load analysis and evaluate system performance.

Lighting Upgrades: Be familiar with energy conservation measures for lighting upgrades.
