Job Overview & Responsibilities:

As a Training Analyst, you will own and manage Contact Center training administration, data analysis, and reporting. Your role involves identifying trends, providing insights, and recommending improvements for training programs. You will collaborate with Workforce Management teams and other key stakeholders to optimize training efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Coordination & Administration

  • Schedule and manage training programs in coordination with Workforce Management teams.
  • Track, report, and document training initiatives using the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, monitor, and analyze business data to generate custom reports on cost control, training effectiveness, and process improvements.
  • Identify data trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports on training performance.
  • Develop data models for maintaining historical training data.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Look for opportunities to improve and automate data processes.
  • Maintain system enrollment records and survey creation for training programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Excellent organizational & multitasking abilities
  • Collaboration & teamwork skills
    Experience: Minimum 1+ years working with data and reporting

???? Preferred:

Prior experience in a Contact Center
Spotfire knowledge
Qualtrics experience
Continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, etc.)
Prior analytical work experience
