Position Overview:
We’re seeking accounting and finance professionals with ERP experience to join our Product Hypercare team. You will support newly onboarded customers post go-live, ensuring smooth financial operations within the ERP environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and troubleshoot Finance modules in the ERP system (Infor LN or similar)

Handle client escalations and issue resolution in accounting/finance modules
-
Work closely with US-based teams (Work hours: 4 PM – 1 AM IST)

Perform FUT (Functional Unit Testing) and TUT (Technical Unit Testing)
-
Ensure compliance with internal software processes and reporting standards
-
Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously enhance ERP functionality

Track task progress and communicate updates to Team Lead
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Experience: 1–3 years in finance and accounting, preferably with ERP systems

Education: MBA in Finance / CA / Equivalent

Strong understanding of ERP functionalities (Infor LN preferred)

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Flexible, eager to learn, and adaptable to dynamic environments
