About the Role
The Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) team focuses on digitization, innovation, and analytics to create scalable platforms and customer experiences. The Enterprise Digital Experimentation & Analytics (EDEA) team leads Product Analytics and Experimentation across Brand & Performance Marketing, Digital Acquisition, Membership Experiences, and Enterprise Platforms.
This role will be part of the International Acquisition Experience Analytics team within EDEA, reporting to the Manager based in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will drive data-driven strategies to optimize Digital Acquisition Experiences across International Markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic analytics to optimize Digital Acquisition Experiences (Shop, Apply, GO2, etc.) in International Markets.
- Define and build key KPIs to monitor acquisition journey performance and success.
- Support the development of new products and capabilities.
- Deliver experiment readouts, uncovering insights that enhance the customer journey.
- Develop a deep understanding of enterprise-wide product capabilities and platforms to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct in-depth strategic analysis, mining digital activity data and AXP closed-loop data to drive growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science).
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Big Data technologies (Hive, Spark).
- Experience in large-scale data processing; understanding of data science is a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking to solve unstructured business problems.
- Experience in statistical techniques for experimentation & hypothesis testing (Regression, t-test, Chi-square test).
- Ability to articulate key findings to senior leaders and stakeholders clearly and concisely.
