Role Overview – GOCM Team

The Global Operations Capacity Management (GOCM) Team is responsible for key workforce and operational processes, including:
Inventory management
Prohance management
Scheduling and shrinkage planning
Real-time management
Local site support services

The Workforce Planning team provides long- and short-term forecasting and capacity planning across various markets and business lines. The GOCM team then translates these long-term plans into weekly and daily operational plans, ensuring optimal network efficiency and resource utilization.

GOCM capabilities will support CFN’s inbound, outbound, and back-office functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze key metrics to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Utilize multiple American Express data sources to generate reports and analytics.
  • Lead projects and ensure their timely completion within strict deadlines.
  • Develop and implement an inventory strategy at the network level for the CFN Business Unit.

Minimum Qualifications

???? Graduate degree required
???? Proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation and analysis
???? Experience in analytics, inventory management, or workforce planning
???? Must have at least a G3/L3 rating in the most recent PMP review
???? Should not be under any counseling at the time of application
???? Minimum tenure: B28 - 18 months, B30 - 12 months


Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Experience in:

  • MIS or business/data analytics
  • Capacity planning, dialer, or inventory management
  • Service level planning or workforce management
    Proficiency in:
  • Python, Tableau, Sisense, and SQL
    ✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment
    Self-starter with attention to detail and critical thinking skills
