Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.

2. Solution Design

Educational Qualifications

Skills Required

Proficiency in tools like DevOps, Service Desk, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar.

Basic knowledge of SQL or data analytics is a plus.

Experience Required
