About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and AI-driven Business Analyst with 5–7 years of experience in service-based product environments. The ideal candidate is expected to be adept at using AI tools for business documentation, with strong operational and analytical skills.
This role requires excellent stakeholder management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and active contributions to Operations Management and product lifecycle execution.
Key Responsibilities

Utilize AI tools to streamline BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and flowcharts.

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and communicate with stakeholders.

Adapt quickly to new processes and domain-specific terminology.

Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams throughout the software lifecycle.

Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Support process analysis, improvement initiatives, and operational excellence.

Define and monitor key performance metrics to track project success.

Conduct impact analysis and assist in scope definition for business projects.

Drive product development from ideation to deployment.

Contribute to improving business operations through process redesign and AI-based efficiencies.

Required Experience & Skills

5–7 years as a Business Analyst in a service-based product environment.

Strong background in designing or building CRM / project management software.

Expertise in AI-driven documentation and automation tools.

Skilled in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Figma, Visio.

Proven experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and software development lifecycle.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in Operations Management and process excellence.
