Position Overview
As an IT AOA MSE Business Analyst, you will work across multiple digital transformation initiatives, focusing on MarTech (Marketing Technology), AdTech (Advertising Technology), and CDTech (Content & Design Tech). Reporting to the Senior Service Integration Manager (SIM) in Sydney, you will collaborate with multiple markets across Asia, Oceania, and Africa to gather business requirements and shape global product strategies.
Key Responsibilities
???? Product Development & Strategy:
- Support Global Product Managers in shaping MarTech, AdTech, and CDTech product solutions.
- Provide holistic guidance to markets for the best and most efficient use of these solutions.
???? Business & IT Alignment:
- Document business use cases, IT architecture, and system landscapes.
- Identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and process automation.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration.
???? Project & Service Management:
- Partner with business and IT teams to translate business needs into IT requirements.
- Support technology assessments and integration strategies.
- Manage small-scale projects for solution deployment.
What Makes You Successful?
✅ Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
✅ Experience & Technical Skills:
- 4+ years of IT experience, preferably with agile methodologies.
- Strong background in service management principles.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce, SAP Gigya, Google Data Studio
- Web CMS (Web Content Management Systems)
- eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce)
- Content Management solutions (ESKO, Sitecore)
✅ Soft Skills & Collaboration:
- Ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
- Experience working in global environments & virtual teams.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
✅ Flexibility & Adaptability:
- Willingness to work across time zones and participate in teleconferences as needed.
