The purpose of the role is to act as a liaison between the customer and the Wipro delivery team, comprehending and analyzing customer requirements and articulating them to the delivery team to ensure the right solution is provided to the customer.
1. Customer Requirements Gathering and Engagement
Interface and coordinate with client engagement partners to understand RFP/RFI requirements.
Detail out scope documents, functional and non-functional requirements, features, etc., ensuring all stated and unstated customer needs are captured.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements.
Engage with the internal team (project managers, pre-sales, tech leads, architects) to design and formulate accurate and timely responses to RFPs/RFIs.
Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
Conduct periodic cadence with customers to seek clarifications and feedback on the proposed solution and instruct the delivery team to make necessary changes.
Empower customers by demonstrating and presenting the proposed solution or prototype.
Maintain customer relationships to optimize business integration and lead generation.
Ensure ongoing reviews and feedback from customers to improve and deliver better value through services/products.
2. Engage with Delivery Team to Ensure Right Solution is Proposed
Periodic cadence with the delivery team to:
Provide customer feedback and inputs on the proposed solution.
Review test cases to ensure 100% coverage of customer requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis to evaluate the proposed solution/demo/prototype before sharing it with the customer.
Facilitate new change requests to cater to customer needs and requirements.
Support the QA team with periodic testing to ensure solutions meet business needs by providing timely inputs and feedback.
Conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate implemented solutions and ensure a 100% success rate.
Use data modeling practices to analyze findings, develop improvements, and make necessary changes.
Ensure 100% utilization by studying systems capabilities and understanding business specifications.
Stitch the entire response/solution proposed to the RFP/RFI before it's presented to the customer.
Support Project Manager/Delivery Team in delivering the solution to the customer:
Define and plan project milestones and phases along with the principal consultant.
Drive and challenge the presumptions of the delivery teams on how they will execute their plans.
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality deliverables on time.
3. Build Domain Expertise and Contribute to Knowledge Repository
Engage and interact with other BAs to share expertise and increase domain knowledge across the vertical.
Write whitepapers, research papers, and point of views, and share them with the consulting community at large.
Identify and create use cases for different projects/accounts to bring business enhancements to Wipro.
Conduct market research to provide the latest inputs into the projects to ensure customer delight.

PCSAT, utilization % achievement.
Number of leads generated from business interaction.
Number of errors/gaps in documenting customer requirements.
Feedback from project managers.
Quality and timeliness of process flow diagrams.
% of deal solutioning completed within timeline.
Velocity generated.
2. Knowledge Management
Measure:
Number of whitepapers/research papers written.
Number of user stories created.
% of proposal documentation completed and uploaded into the knowledge repository.
Number of reusable components developed for proposals during the quarter.
