???? Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to act as a liaison between the customer and the Wipro delivery team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for comprehending and analyzing customer requirements, ensuring the delivery team understands them, and providing the right solutions to the customer.
???? Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Requirements Gathering and Engagement:

Interface with client engagement partners to understand RFP/RFI requirements.
-
Detail scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, and features, ensuring all customer needs are captured.
-
Construct workflow charts, study system capabilities, and write specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer needs.
-
Engage with internal teams (project managers, pre-sales, tech leads, architects) to design and formulate accurate responses to RFP/RFIs.
-
Understand and communicate the financial and operational impacts of any changes.
-
Maintain regular communication with customers to seek feedback and clarifications on proposed solutions, ensuring adjustments are made accordingly.

Empower customers through solution demonstrations and prototype presentations.

Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation.
2. Engage with Delivery Team for Solutioning:

Coordinate with the delivery team to provide customer feedback and ensure solutions meet requirements.

Review test cases for complete coverage of customer requirements.
-
Conduct root cause analysis and ensure the proposed solution or prototype is viable.
-
Deploy and facilitate change requests to address customer needs.
-
Support QA teams with periodic testing to ensure the solution meets business needs.

Conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution and ensure a 100% success rate.

Analyze findings and use data modeling practices to design and develop necessary improvements.

Support Project Manager/Delivery Team in ensuring timely and quality deliverables to the customer.
3. Build Domain Expertise and Contribute to Knowledge Repository:

Engage with other Business Analysts to share expertise and enhance domain knowledge across the vertical.

Write whitepapers, research papers, and point of views to share with the consulting community.

Conduct market research to provide inputs for project content development, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Identify and create use cases that can be leveraged across projects/accounts within Wipro.
