Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner with 7+ years of experience to assist in strategic planning, product requirement gathering, and communication with stakeholders. This part-time engagement involves 2-hour sessions twice a week, with occasional ad-hoc support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with strategic planning and product requirement gathering

Facilitate communication with stakeholders

Elicit user stories and groom product backlogs

Provide clear documentation and insights

Ad-hoc availability as required, with a focus on agile methodologies
Requirements:

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner

Strong understanding of business processes, product lifecycle, and stakeholder collaboration

Expertise in agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and requirement elicitation

Ability to communicate insights and document findings clearly

Must be available during the specified time window (9:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) twice a week
