???? Job Summary:
As a Business Analyst Sr. Analyst, you will capture user requirements and translate them into business and digitally enabled solutions across a range of industries. This role is integral to analyzing and designing processes to define business, solution, and system requirements.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Business & Requirement Analysis:

Analyze as-is and to-be processes to define business, solution, and system requirements.
-
Organize and facilitate workshops with clients to understand their requirements.
-
Interact with client stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their needs and represent that knowledge to the team using analysis techniques such as story mapping, process modelling, and data analysis.
Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
-
Manage the requirements life cycle.
-
Facilitate communication between the team and act as the point of contact for clarifications on product backlog items.
-
Help with iteration planning, backlog refinement, creating user stories, and defining story acceptance criteria.
-
Interface between the team, customer, and project manager to ensure alignment.
Solution Design & Decision Making:
-
Identify various solution options to satisfy client requirements, considering business value and technical complexity.
-
Ensure alignment of requirements and designs at an implementation level and manage changes to related requirements.
-
Support the reuse of requirements in other solutions, retaining accuracy and consistency through the change process.
Implementation Readiness:
-
Produce implementation-ready product backlog items based on the elicited requirements.
-
Ensure specifications and requirements are well-defined and prepared for implementation.
-
Contribute to product backlog refinement and clarify questions during the construction phase.
???? Professional and Technical Skills:
-
Relevant application knowledge of commerce platforms such as SAP Hybris, Commerce Tools, or similar.
-
Ability to produce implementation-ready product backlog items.
-
Strong understanding of product backlog prioritization and contributing to its refinement.
-
Capable of clarifying issues faced during the project and seeking help from the PM/DM/lead BA.
???? Desired Skills:

Must-have Skills: Requirement Analysis.

Good-to-have Skills: Business Process Tools.
???? Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years in Business Analysis or similar roles.

Education: Graduation (Accurate educational details to be captured).
