About the Role
SuperProcure is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst Trainee with strong skills in management, organization, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and is eager to drive day-to-day business requirements for a variety of customers.
Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Interaction:
- Assist clients with project management and successful implementation.
- Participate in customer interaction calls to understand, document, and clarify business needs.
- Prioritize requirements across various clients and help prepare the Business Blueprint of the Client TOBE Process.
- Work with the development team and Technical Analysts to ensure specifications are clearly understood.
- Contribute to the preparation of Detailed Specifications and customer walkthroughs.

Project Management & Documentation:
- Develop and assign workstreams, maintain project timelines, and ensure reliable delivery.
- Simplify, communicate, and translate business requirements to gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation of useful testing scenarios and documentation for process improvements.
Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a Post Graduate degree in Business Management (or equivalent).

Professional Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight client deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at data presentation.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to shifting requirements.
