Job Description:
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to support decision-making and improve business performance. Your role will involve using a variety of techniques, ranging from basic data aggregation to complex data mining, to provide valuable insights to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, identify, and analyze business data to assess and review the organization's performance.

Data Interpretation: Use statistical analysis and other techniques to interpret business data and generate actionable insights.

Business Solutions: Design, develop, implement, and maintain business solutions based on analysis to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Modeling & Dashboards: Design and maintain skilled data models that support front-end dashboards.

Business Recommendations: Provide recommendations based on analysis and perform advanced business analysis using statistical methods.

Communication: Effectively communicate data insights to team members through strong written and verbal communication.

Critical Thinking: Use strong critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and assist in decision-making.
