The Business Management Analyst role is part of a desk extension team reporting into the PB US and Europe International Performance Management/COO teams based in Switzerland and the US, while also having a local reporting line in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities

Business Performance Preparation:
- Coordinate, review, and upload financials, including revenue, cost, and FTE forecasts.
- Perform deep-dive analysis of business performance, focusing on financial metrics.

Cost & FTE Management:
- Support FTE management by maintaining the hiring pipeline and performing housekeeping activities related to FTE.
- Assist with various planning rounds and adjust planning scenarios, collaborating with the global planning team.

Forecast Management:
- Upload planning figures into the system and maintain them throughout the year.
- Prepare monthly revenue, cost, and FTE forecast loads, providing commentary to explain month-over-month variations.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct deep dives on revenue, FTE, and cost metrics, providing commentaries for ExCo and monthly review meetings.

Project Management:
- Support and lead specific Performance Management-related projects, such as cost driver analysis, new KPI steering approaches, and scenario analysis. These projects may have a global impact.
Skills & Experience

Educational Qualification:
- Postgraduate in Finance, CA, or CPA.

Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, particularly in FTE and Cost Management.

Key Skills:
- Aptitude for analytical tasks with the ability to extract key insights and messages.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience in data analytics is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to constructively challenge senior colleagues and effectively manage conflicting demands.

Communication Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Other Traits:
- Good knowledge of the financial sector.
- Attention to detail, self-motivated, and solution-driven.
- Team player with a strong willingness to learn.
