Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Operations Analyst II, you will:

Data & Dashboard Development:

Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards using Tableau to provide key insights for the Sales team.

Build and manage data sources, complex calculations, and role-level security (RLS).

Business Strategy & Insights:
-
Analyze complex data to inform business strategies and align dashboards with actionable outcomes.

Identify opportunities and deliver practical, action-focused recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with stakeholders to deliver data intelligence and dashboards meeting user requirements.

Support business strategy, financial performance analysis, and network capacity planning.

Subject Matter Expertise:

Become a specialist in Sales data and dashboarding best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in a Sales analytics environment.

Proven track record in delivering high-quality dashboards and data insights.

Technical Expertise:
-
Advanced Tableau development (data sources, visualizations, complex calculations, RLS).

Strong SQL skills, particularly with Oracle databases.

Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
