Job Summary:

As a Client Support Representative for Crypto.com’s Nadex division (North American Derivatives Exchange), your role is to deliver world-class, industry-leading support to a global client base across various written channels. This entry-level role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and team-focused trading environment. You don’t need a finance background, just a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn more about financial markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support:

    • Provide client support for the CDNA Chicago office during night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) Monday to Friday.

    • Address queries from international clients on all products (e.g., Binary Options, Knockouts, Spread Options) and multiple trading platforms.

    • Assist clients with account and trading inquiries via email and live chat, ensuring adherence to SLAs and delivering seamless support.

    • Offer first-line technical support for IT-related issues, including platform and chart-related problems.

  • Collaboration & Issue Resolution:

    • Work with non-client facing departments to resolve client issues and provide accurate service.

    • Maintain procedure manuals and documentation.

    • Proactively identify potential risks or fraud and escalate issues to management when necessary.

    • Foster strong relationships with colleagues and other departments.

    • Adapt quickly to procedural and technological changes while meeting deadlines and complying with evolving regulations.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience:

    • 3-4 years of working experience in a customer-facing role.

    • Proven experience with process improvement and optimization.

    • Strong team-oriented mindset.

  • Education:

    • Degree-level education is required.

  • Skills:

    • Fluency in English (verbal and written).

    • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.

    • Ability to interpret and adapt to complex regulatory guidelines.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.

    • Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM systems is desirable.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

    • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and non-standard hours.
