As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in troubleshooting 3M software applications, system interfaces (HL7, XML, etc.), networking, Windows operating systems, Citrix, and SQL. You will collaborate with clients, development teams, and customer care to resolve technical concerns and optimize system performance.
✅ Troubleshoot software applications, networks, and databases
✅ Support pre-sales, implementation, and system health checks
✅ Provide after-hours on-call support as needed
✅ Work closely with third-party clients and internal teams
✅ Assist in training and improving technical processes
✔ Troubleshoot and support Solventum’s software applications (including HL7, XML interfaces, Windows OS, Citrix, and SQL)
✔ Collaborate with customer care, development, and product teams to address technical concerns
✔ Participate in pre-sales, support, and implementation calls with clients
✔ Conduct system health checks & performance reviews to optimize customer experience
✔ Identify opportunities for improving processes and operational efficiency
✔ Provide after-hours on-call support as needed
✔ Ensure compliance with corporate policies and ethical standards
✔ Associate's degree or higher from an accredited university
✔ 5+ years of experience in Technical Support
✔ 3+ years of experience in Database Administration
✔ 3+ years of experience in Networking & Server Administration
✔ Strong understanding of operating systems & networks (Citrix/TS, IIS, Windows, Active Directory)
✔ Excellent communication & collaboration skills
✔ Knowledge of project management concepts
✔ Understanding of the healthcare industry
✔ Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience with 3M HIS products (especially 360 Encompass)
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
