The CSSA will oversee Customer Management System (CMS) activities of the People Portal, ensuring a smooth and efficient P&C platform experience. The role requires expertise in content management and graphic design to create an engaging, user-friendly portal.
???? Content Management & Design:
Lead updates of core P&C content, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Apply content governance practices and ensure adherence to the writing style guide.
Optimize page layouts, images, and writing styles for a modern and engaging look.
Ensure content owners apply the correct personas to target specific audiences.
???? Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with content owners and P&C stakeholders.
Engage content owners during testing phases to refine content strategies.
Report progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to relevant teams.
???? Process Improvement & Technical Expertise:
Use Salesforce and CMS tools to enhance the People Portal experience.
Support BAU and project activities, ensuring timely content updates.
Translate business requirements into functional content strategies.
Work with global teams to drive engagement across time zones.
Experience:
✔ 3+ years in HR systems, content management, and business analysis.
✔ Experience working with global organizations and digital communication tools.
✔ Graphic design proficiency, including Photoshop or similar tools.
✔ Exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Technical & Functional Skills:
✅ Expertise in content management solutions.
✅ Knowledge of Salesforce (preferred).
✅ Ability to edit images and create engaging visuals.
✅ Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Behavioral & Soft Skills:
✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
✔ Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
✔ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo.
✔ Experience handling multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
