About the Role

At bp, people are our most valuable asset. As part of our People, Culture & Communications (PC&C) function, the Operations & Advisory (O&A) team delivers HR services and solutions globally. We are seeking a Content Solutions Senior Analyst (CSSA) to manage our people portal's CMS activities and create an engaging and efficient experience for our employees.

This is a dynamic opportunity to help shape a rapidly transforming HR function in a global organization focused on innovation, diversity, and continuous improvement.


What You Will Do

  • Lead updates of core People & Culture content on the people portal.

  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, governance practices, and audience personas.

  • Apply optimal design standards using appropriate layouts, writing styles, and imagery.

  • Partner with content owners and other P&C stakeholders to maintain and improve portal content.

  • Support both business-as-usual (BAU) and project-based activities.

  • Manage testing, report on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Coordinate content management processes and provide graphic design expertise.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with content stakeholders.

  • Evaluate and resolve business requirements with innovative solutions.


What You Will Need

Qualifications

  • A university degree or professional qualification (in a relevant field preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in HR systems, business analysis, or process documentation.

  • Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and guidelines.

  • Expertise in content management systems (CMS).

  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred).

  • Graphic design and image editing (e.g., Photoshop or similar).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into content strategy.

  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, global environments.
