Role Overview
As a Content Project Specialist, you will support an international team of subject matter experts, content reviewers, and instructional designers in creating high-quality educational resources. This is an exciting opportunity for multi-taskers with exceptional English skills who thrive in balancing efficiency with quality.
Key Responsibilities

Support the development of course curriculum and instructional materials.

Onboard and assist a team of SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and curriculum designers.

Incorporate learning science principles and best practices into curriculum development.

Develop materials meeting internal standards and external review requirements.

Innovate using AI and technology to enhance curriculum development.

Provide continuous support, feedback, and troubleshooting for freelancers.

Develop and maintain detailed best practice documentation.

Monitor project productivity and implement improvements.
-
Communicate production rates, challenges, and resource needs proactively.
Requirements
-
2–3 years of experience in curriculum/instructional design or teaching (high school/college).

Minimum of 1 year of experience working in EdTech or digital curriculum development.

Must use a personal computer and have reliable high-speed internet access.

Ability to work Monday–Friday during Pacific Time business hours.
