Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualiser to join our esteemed architecture firm. As a 3D Visualiser, you will be responsible for transforming architectural designs and concepts into stunning visual representations. Your exceptional skills in 3D modelling, rendering, and animation will play a vital role in helping our clients envision their projects before they become a reality.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and plans to create accurate 3D models and visualizations.
- Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings and animations that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders, utilising industry-standard software like Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Twinmotion, Enscape, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Ensure that visual representations align with project specifications, design guidelines, and client expectations.
- Apply lighting techniques and material properties to enhance the realism and atmosphere of rendered scenes.
- Continuously refine and improve visual assets to meet changing project requirements and client feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in architectural visualization and 3D rendering techniques.
- Collaborate with the design team to integrate visualizations into presentations, proposals, and marketing materials,
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Interior Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience as a 3D Visualiser in an architectural or design firm.
- Strong proficiency in 3D modelling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp
- Proficiency in rendering software such as V-Ray, Twinmotion, Enscape, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and material properties.
- Proficient in post-production techniques using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality 3D renderings and animations
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles, spatial awareness, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the design team, architects, and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
