Job Summary
As a Control Manager – Data Visualization Business Analyst within the Transformation team, you will:

Analyze business needs and propose automated reporting solutions to reduce costs and risks.

Ensure compliance with established controls.
-
Design, build, and perform quality control checks before implementing solutions.
-
Generate regular and special reports.
-
Recommend changes in methods or procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Job Responsibilities
-
Conduct business process reviews and develop automated solutions to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
-
Maintain process tools and ensure compliance with evolving business requirements.
-
Collect and manipulate data for routine and specialized business/financial analysis.
-
Analyze business processes and portfolio performance to provide actionable insights.

Validate data accuracy and assist in report preparation.
-
Distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders.
-
Present findings and recommendations through reports and presentations.

Become a subject matter expert on business processes, procedures, and applications.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in:
-
Business analysis, BI solution development, and reporting.
-
Tools like Tableau, QlikView, Business Objects, Cognos.

Data wrangling using Alteryx, Python, Trifacta, Spark, Scala.

Strong command of SQL and understanding of RDBMS (e.g., Snowflake, Teradata, Oracle).

Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket, Subversion).

Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently and resolve issues effectively.

Experience in diagnosing performance issues and providing data-driven recommendations.

Detail-oriented with good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Familiarity with big data transformation tools like Spark, Trifacta, and Scala.

Knowledge of Chase Control Management systems (e.g., CORE).

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.

Experience in financial services (control management, audit, risk, compliance).

Knowledge of Python, VBA scripting, or Visio is a plus.
