Job Summary

PwC's data and analytics professionals focus on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize business operations and support clients in achieving their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate - Business Analyst, you will work on data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization to help clients solve complex business challenges.

In this role, you will also develop strong client relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to innovative AI and analytics solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Core Data & Analytics Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to generate insights from large datasets.
  • Apply critical thinking to break down complex concepts and solve problems.
  • Interpret data to provide strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with PwC's code of conduct, professional standards, and independence requirements.

Business & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through workshops and meetings to align project goals.
  • Develop technical specifications from business requirements.
  • Keep stakeholders informed with regular project updates.

CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) Expertise

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for technological advancement.
  • Design Contact Center solutions including IVR, Chat Bots, Omnichannel, and Agent Desktop applications.
  • Work with CCaaS platforms like Genesys Cloud, MS DCCP, Amazon Connect, NICE CXOne, Cisco UCCE/PCCE, Cisco Webex CC, and HCS.
  • Support functional and integration testing for CCaaS solutions.

Technical & Solution Development

  • Define use cases specific to industries like BFSI, Telecom, Retail, and Manufacturing Logistics.
  • Provide real-time demonstrations of CCaaS and AI (Bots) platforms.
  • Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate test requirements.
  • Use JIRA for writing user stories and tracking project progress.
  • Develop customer-facing presentations and reports.

Pre-Sales & Consulting Support

  • Perform high-speed consulting engagements (RFP, RFI, RFQ).
  • Define business cases and present solutions to client leadership.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing, innovation, and company growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

???? Graduate degree in a quantitative field such as:

  • Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Information Science, or Business Analytics.

Must-Have Skills:

Expertise in CCaaS platforms (Genesys Cloud, MS DCCP, Amazon Connect, NICE CXOne, Cisco Webex CC, etc.).
✔ Strong knowledge of Omnichannel solutions, including Voice Bots, Chatbots, Messaging Bots (WhatsApp, Facebook, X), IVR, Email, and SMS.
✔ Experience in stakeholder management and governance.
✔ Ability to develop process maps, use cases, and user stories.
✔ Hands-on experience in JIRA for project tracking.
✔ Strong communication & presentation skills.

Good to Have Skills:

✅ Knowledge of CPaaS platforms like Twilio, Infobip.
✅ Understanding of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud services related to data processing and storage.
✅ Experience with CI/CD tools like Git Repo, Git Labs, AWS Pipeline, and Azure DevOps.
✅ Basic understanding of SIP, Networking (MPLS, SD-WAN, SBC, Media Gateways), and CCaaS infrastructure.
