Job Summary
The Corporate Mobility Senior Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end service delivery of Mobility services for personnel traveling to various countries. The role requires expertise in immigration processes, visa applications, compliance, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless travel experiences.

✔ Immigration expertise with an in-depth understanding of visa processes.
Good-to-Have Skills
✔ Knowledge of the immigration and travel industry, including:

Airlines, hotels, car rentals, and travel booking systems.
Key Responsibilities
???? Immigration & Visa Management

In-depth understanding of immigration requirements for a particular market/country.

Handle visa type assessments, processing, and compliance.

Manage documentation and liaise with vendors for visa applications.

Ensure timely submission and collection of visa applications and passports.
???? Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with legal experts, HR, payroll, finance, and travel agents.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the immigration process.

Provide guidance and updates, ensuring a seamless immigration journey.
???? Customer Support & Compliance

Respond to visa-related queries within SLAs.

Ensure immigration compliance and track traveler circumstances.

Monitor team SLA performance, metrics, and scorecards.
???? Team Leadership & Coaching

Guide and mentor junior team members (Levels 13, 12, 11).

Support projects by providing upfront advisory on mobility processes.

✔ Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
✔ Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
✔ Proficiency in case management software, data analysis, and documentation tools.
Qualifications & Experience
???? Education: University degree.
???? Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in visa processing, immigration compliance, and corporate mobility.
???? Preferred Industry Experience: Corporate sector, handling immigration processes.
