The Coverage Support Analyst role within the Investment Platform and Research Coverage team is responsible for supporting the growth and promotion of DWS’ active, passive, and alternative strategies across intermediary wealth channels. This includes assisting Relationship Managers, collaborating with various business units, and providing support for critical processes.

Collaborate with internal teams (platform distribution, sales, product, marketing, legal, transfer agency management, and finance) to execute business plans
Assist Relationship Managers and work with Business Intelligence to develop and implement strategies using advisor data
Build and maintain strong partnerships with the Wholesale Distribution team
Support team projects and initiatives for Relationship Management
Maintain product availability guides, grid, COI listings for key accounts, and field sales
Consolidate and prepare annual/quarterly client market outlooks for field sales
Manage internal system (“Seismic”) for key account information and field sales access
Assist in KYC efforts and submission of marketing approvals for Relationship Management
Handle Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) for client due diligence analysts
Maintain record quality and generate reports using the CRM reporting system (Salesforce)
Strong computer and data management skills
Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred
