Position Overview:
The Coverage Support Analyst in the Investment Platform and Research Coverage role is responsible for advancing, promoting, and growing DWS’ active, passive, and alternatives strategies across discretionary and non-discretionary research platforms in intermediary wealth channels. This role supports Relationship Managers and other internal business partners to execute business strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work with internal business partners such as platform distribution, sales, product, marketing, legal, transfer agency management, and finance to execute the business plan. -
Strategy Development:
Assist Relationship Managers and Business Intelligence teams in developing and implementing strategies using available advisor data. -
Partnership Building:
Work with Relationship Managers to build strong partnerships within the Wholesale Distribution team. -
Project and Initiative Support:
Assist in team projects and initiatives for the Relationship Management team. -
Product Availability and Reporting:
Maintain product availability guides, COI listings for key accounts, and consolidate client market outlooks for field sales. -
Internal System Management:
Manage internal systems (e.g., Seismic) for critical key account information and sales access. -
KYC and Due Diligence Support:
Serve as the point of contact for KYC efforts for Relationship Management covering small BDs and IBDs. Submit marketing approvals, maintain master approval grids, and handle DDQ and RFI submissions. -
CRM Maintenance:
Maintain record quality control and generate reports using the Salesforce CRM system.
Skills and Experience:

Computer and Data Management Skills:
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM. -
Experience:
Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, is preferred.
