Job brief
We’re looking for a Creative / Graphic Designer who loves turning complex ideas into visuals that are clean, modern, and effective. You'll help shape the look and feel of everything from sleek landing pages to clear technical infographics. If you're someone who enjoys independent work, thrives in a collaborative remote setup, and designs with intent — we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Turn abstract or technical ideas into clear, confident, and visually engaging designs
- Create a variety of assets — landing pages, presentations, digital media, social posts, and infographics — that feel polished and purposeful
- Collaborate with teammates across product and content to ensure your designs support the story we're trying to tell
- Share early drafts, take feedback with perspective, and refine your work in ways that keep it clear and purposeful
- Keep brand consistency in check while still pushing for fresh, modern visuals
- Juggle multiple projects without dropping the details — and communicate when something needs attention
- Stay curious: explore new tools, design trends, and smarter ways of working
- Keep your files tidy and your process transparent so others can build on your work
- Collaborate directly with our team in Germany to align on ideas, share feedback, and bring designs to life across projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a design role (agency or in-house)
- Strong portfolio showing thoughtful, high-quality design work across formats
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent sense of layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling
- Understanding of branding and how to maintain consistency across assets
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to take feedback, manage deadlines, and adapt to evolving needs
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Have atleast one portfolio project in the B2B space
Bonus Points For
- Experience designing for enterprise, security, or other B2B products
- Comfort with tools like Figma, Webflow, or Canva for quick ideas and fast turnarounds
- Familiarity with JavaScript or CSS (no coding experience required)
