We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Photoshop Visualizer with a strong background in Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality photorealistic renderings, post-production edits, and visual presentations that effectively communicate architectural concepts and design intent.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform post-production on 3D rendered images using Adobe Photoshop and other related tools.
Enhance 3D visualizations with realistic lighting, textures, landscaping, people, vehicles, and environmental context.
Create mood boards, conceptual montages, and design presentation images.
Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and 3D models (from software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Rhino) to produce final high-quality visuals.
Collaborate closely with architects, 3D artists, and graphic designers to refine and finalize project visuals.
Maintain a consistent visual style in line with company branding and project requirements.
Organize and manage layered Photoshop files efficiently for revisions and feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience in architectural visualization or a related design field.
Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop with a strong portfolio of architectural post-production work.
Familiarity with architectural drawing conventions and visualization techniques.
Good understanding of perspective, lighting, shadow, and composition.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Knowledge of 3D modeling/rendering software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, or Unreal is a plus.
Degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of animation and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Experience with real estate marketing or design presentation workflows.
Ability to understand and visualize architectural intent from minimal inputs.
