General Purpose

The Customer Care Analyst is responsible for the proactive ownership and coordination of orders, ensuring seamless order processing, warranty handling, revisions, and reporting.

This role supports the Shared Services team to meet customer expectations while aligning with MillerKnoll’s financial and contractual requirements.

In this fast-paced environment, critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong customer engagement skills are essential.


Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Coordination

  • Process and coordinate customer orders, revisions, and warranty claims.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external dealers/customers to obtain necessary order details.
  • Maintain accurate workflow databases for seamless operations.
  • Ensure 100% order fulfillment, collaborating with relevant teams to meet customer expectations.

Customer Experience & Communication

  • Resolve assigned cases within Service Level Agreements (SLA) to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate special order requirements.
  • Assist with additional duties and reporting as assigned by management.

Continuous Improvement & Problem-Solving

  • Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency.
  • Analyze customer order trends and recommend solutions to enhance customer service.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a sense of urgency.

Educational Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2-3 years of experience in order management, fulfillment, or related roles.
✔ Experience in Oracle/JDE/MySign/SAP applications for order entry/modification.

Independent Work & Multitasking

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while managing multiple issues/processes.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Customer-Focused Communication

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Professional and tactful communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google products (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive effective solutions.
  • Strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
