As an Analyst in the Customer Crisis Recovery Program, you will play a critical role in monitoring potential threats to travelers, delivering insights to business partners, and supporting crisis management processes globally. This high-visibility role requires 24/7 shift coverage as part of a rotation based in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the program mailbox for threats requiring immediate action
Deliver sensitive reports and critical updates to business partners
Assist the Program Leader with analytics and project deliverables
Host debriefs and propose improvements to the recovery program
Support enterprise crisis teams during escalated events
Provide coaching and consultation to business stakeholders
Maintain logs and document key processes
Work with the technology team to improve reporting tools and systems
Troubleshoot data reports and ensure data accuracy
Interpret requests and support cross-functional teams to meet GBT objectives
Education & Experience:
BE/B.Tech with 4–6 years of experience
Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases
Experience with Tableau Desktop; Power BI knowledge is a plus
Advanced MS Excel and VBA skills
Experience in the travel industry and with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is preferred
Skills & Attributes:
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills (English)
Resilience to change and ability to manage stress in high-pressure situations
Proficiency in social media/newsfeed monitoring for fact-finding
Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and in a team across global time zones
Familiarity with tools/platforms like Salesforce and MI Data is a plus
