What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

As an Analyst in the Customer Crisis Recovery Program, you will play a critical role in monitoring potential threats to travelers, delivering insights to business partners, and supporting crisis management processes globally. This high-visibility role requires 24/7 shift coverage as part of a rotation based in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the program mailbox for threats requiring immediate action

  • Deliver sensitive reports and critical updates to business partners

  • Assist the Program Leader with analytics and project deliverables

  • Host debriefs and propose improvements to the recovery program

  • Support enterprise crisis teams during escalated events

  • Provide coaching and consultation to business stakeholders

  • Maintain logs and document key processes

  • Work with the technology team to improve reporting tools and systems

  • Troubleshoot data reports and ensure data accuracy

  • Interpret requests and support cross-functional teams to meet GBT objectives


What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • BE/B.Tech with 4–6 years of experience

  • Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases

  • Experience with Tableau Desktop; Power BI knowledge is a plus

  • Advanced MS Excel and VBA skills

  • Experience in the travel industry and with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is preferred

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills (English)

  • Resilience to change and ability to manage stress in high-pressure situations

  • Proficiency in social media/newsfeed monitoring for fact-finding

  • Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team across global time zones

  • Familiarity with tools/platforms like Salesforce and MI Data is a plus
