Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Deliver performance metrics aligned with company goals for employees, customers, and shareholders.
  • Identify and escalate customer feedback to improve workflows, processes, and service levels.
  • Adhere to quality standards and compliance regulations.
  • Support new initiatives introduced by the directorate.
  • Balance customer needs with American Express's business interests.
  • Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, to document essential information.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Graduate/Undergraduate
  • Experience: 1-6 years in customer service or a contact center role
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail.
    • High service orientation with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and meet strict deadlines.
    • Basic knowledge of Amex products (preferred).
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Ability to work in a 24-hour shift environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Performance rating of G2L2 or higher in the most recent evaluation.
  • Previous experience in a calling profile is an advantage.
