We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The primary responsibility is to support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. This includes managing job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, talent management, and facilities management services. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through efficient HR management.
HR Policies & Programs:
Plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations and HR policies.
Continuously improve HR practices to align with organizational goals.
Job Design & Staffing:
Maintain and update job descriptions and requirements for all positions.
Conduct candidate selection by establishing interview programs and counselling managers.
Employee Onboarding & Training:
Conduct orientation programs to prepare employees for assignments.
Develop and implement training programs for staff development.
Compensation & Benefits Management:
Manage pay plans, conduct pay surveys, and evaluate job positions.
Develop pay budgets, recommend pay structure revisions, and ensure proper implementation of salary policies.
Design and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of employees.
Employee Development & Grievance Management:
Support performance appraisals, employee work results monitoring, and coaching.
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts with management.
Legal Compliance & Investigations:
Ensure the organization’s HR practices comply with federal and state regulations.
Conduct investigations, maintain HR records, and represent the organization at hearings as necessary.
Employee Engagement & Counseling:
Conduct exit interviews and make recommendations based on feedback.
Counsel employees and managers on HR-related issues, ensuring a positive workplace environment.
Proven experience in human resources management or a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance requirements, and employment practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing employee relations.
Ability to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives aligned with business needs.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
