Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manual Skip Tracing & Data Analysis Specialist to join our team. This role involves manual data collection and research to locate individuals, verify their contact information, and provide insights to support business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manual Skip Tracing
✅ Use online databases, public records, and other resources to investigate individuals.
✅ Identify and verify missing contact details such as phone numbers, addresses, and names.
2. Data Management & Entry
✅ Accurately enter skip tracing data into tracking systems and databases.
✅ Update and manage records with verified contact information.
✅ Organize and categorize findings for easy access by internal teams.
3. Quality Control
✅ Regularly check data quality to ensure accuracy and completeness.
✅ Cross-reference multiple data sources for validation.
4. Collaboration & Reporting
✅ Work with team members, managers, and other departments on skip tracing projects.
✅ Ensure timely completion of data research requests.
Qualifications & Requirements
???? Education
✔ Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analysis, Criminal Justice, or related fields.
✔ Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
???? Experience & Skills
✔ Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in manual skip tracing, data research, or related fields.
