About the Role – KYC AML Analytics & Data Support
This role involves using advanced data techniques to ensure compliance with regulations, mitigate financial crime, and enhance customer due diligence for US Commercial Card members, PA’s, and Legal Entities. It plays a crucial role in creating a risk-free environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & deliver reporting & insights for the consumer KYC business while driving transformation initiatives and strategic priorities.
- Lead performance insights to enable faster decision-making for significant business impact.
- Automate and standardize reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends, identify risk indicators, and recommend business solutions.
- Work across a matrix organization, collaborating with business partners, functional owners, capabilities, and technology teams.
- Optimize analytical frameworks through strategic deep dives.
- Apply problem-solving and quantitative methods to drive actionable business results.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics, supporting either risk or quality.
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Economics, etc.).
✅ Strong understanding of statistical models and risk analytics.
✅ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to drive business impact.
✅ Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Hive, Google Big Query, or equivalent analytical tools.
✅ Experience with Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) and data visualization tools (VBA, Tableau, Power BI).
✅ Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
✅ Creativity to develop new solutions beyond existing tools.
