Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Use data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
- Dashboard and Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in processes and make actionable recommendations.
- eCommerce Business Development: Conduct eCommerce business development activities on platforms like Amazon and Walmart.
- Vendor/Supplier KPIs: Analyze and improve vendor and supplier eCommerce KPIs.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in eCommerce data analysis and platforms.
- Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI or Google Analytics (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing business requirements.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI or Google Analytics.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart).
- Experience with SQL or other database query languages is a plus.
