Primary Responsibilities: Manage BAU on UNICA Campaigns template creation - Creating new template and Unica flowchart on behalf of campaign execution team based on the new requirement Work along with both Unica ssmo team and campaign execution incase of Sailfish slowness or Unica slowness Adhoc data queries manipulation and resolution Analysing the missing responses for the campaigns which is showing in the missing steerage report using sql Data investigation and availabliltiy in Sailfish database for any new requirement submitted by the marketers using sql Support to B2B and B2C campaigns team B2b will work on the Eloqua to maintain the eloqua database for b2b campaign execution team Work on domo for list bump activity to prepare the existing eloqua contact list and new member list for the file shared by the marketers Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
