Position: Data Analyst – Marketing Analytics
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Roles and Responsibilities:

Extract, clean, analyze, and visualize data for actionable insights.

Create and manage MIS reports for various stakeholders across the organization.

Support the marketing team with quantitative data analysis to enable data-driven decisions.

Act as the custodian of primary and secondary market research data, providing regular insights on market trends and product performance.

Conduct strategic analysis including:

Competitor analysis

Portfolio performance
-
Pricing and profitability assessments

Ensure high data quality and accuracy across dashboards and reports through diligent data validation.

Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and structured format.

Work cross-functionally, managing multiple tasks and maintaining efficient, organized workflows.

Generate easy-to-understand qualitative and quantitative reports that summarize key takeaways.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven experience with complex data sets and insight generation.

Experience in pharma market data and marketing analytics is preferred.

Prior work with CRM applications is advantageous.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and a structured thought process.

Capable of independent ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
