We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong foundation in Excel, Power BI, and automation, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, enhancing reporting efficiency, and creating impactful visualizations to support informed decision-making.
???? Key Responsibilities:

Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Use advanced Excel functionalities (pivot tables, formulas, macros) for data analysis and reporting.

Automate data workflows and reporting processes using tools like VBA or Power Query.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide solutions.

Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant data governance policies.
???? Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, focused on Excel and Power BI.

Hands-on experience with automation tools (VBA, Power Query).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Experience with SQL is an added advantage.
