Position Overview:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our digital marketing team and help us make data-driven decisions. You will analyze marketing campaign performance, track key business metrics, and provide insights to optimize strategies. This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours, perfect for analytical minds who love working with data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret digital marketing data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO tools to identify trends and insights.
• Track key marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, customer engagement, etc.).
• Create and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and audience targeting.
• Work with marketing and product teams to improve customer segmentation, retention, and engagement.
• Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and funnel performance to enhance user experience.
Requirements:
• Freshers & entry-level candidates welcome! (Prior experience in digital marketing analytics is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Good understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution models, and customer journey analytics.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.
