Key Responsibilities:

Data Research & Building: Build customized databases of contact-level and decision-maker data according to client specifications.

Research Activities: Engage in extensive list research, data mining, and list building activities.

Data Formatting & Cleansing: Standardize, de-duplicate, and convert case data, ensuring it meets quality standards.

Data Capture: Research industry/sector contacts and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn, Google, and online databases.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned productivity targets while maintaining high data quality.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team, maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethics.
Tools & Skills Required:

Proficiency in internet research and data capture techniques.

Experience in using search engines and online databases for research.

Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and web research.

Ability to work with strict targets and deadlines.

Good understanding of using keywords in research for better results.

Motivated, quick, accurate, and dynamic with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Profile:
